When I first started working with Kristi, my biggest challenge was my energy level. With three young kids, one of whom is still breastfeeding with diet restrictions, I wanted to make sure that I was doing everything I could to nurture my body with the right foods that wouldn't cause that afternoon crash I was always experiencing. I was also having mystery bloating concerns which I learned from Kristi could be avoided with simple chewing tips, vitamins, and diet changes.

Kristi helped me put together a plan that I could easily follow given my busy lifestyle and with her guidance I gained the confidence to incorporate well-balanced snacks, easy meals, and changes that made me feel more energized at every point of the day.
