As a nutrition coach, mom and someone who spent way too long having an ALL or NOTHING mentality with food, I’m all about figuring out ways to help you create and design the healthy life you’re uniquely made for.
I use a holistic approach to health, combining personalized nutrition counseling, functional testing, and tailored recommendations to address gut issues, hormone imbalances, and fatigue. Working together, you'll gain the knowledge, tools, and accountability needed to transform how you feel so you can stop letting your symptoms get in the way of the life you want to live. 

It’s been a 20+ year struggle that’s landed me here, and I couldn’t be more thrilled.

I have distinct memories of being 16 years-old and attempting to cover up the horrific sounds coming from my stomach in math class. I was embarrassed and uncomfortable, and I had no idea why this was happening. I thought I was eating “healthy.”

And this trend accelerated into my adulthood. Throw in a parasite and a few bouts of food poisoning, and the scenes only got more painful and incredibly inconvenient. I was on a constant rollercoaster.

I finally found myself on my living room floor sobbing in pain and missing dinner with my family. I was frustrated with my body. Every food felt like poison.

After numerous doctor and specialists visits, I was told it was normal, handed a prescription for a medication to relax my stomach (that would also make me constipated), and sent on my way.  

No one asked me about my diet, stress level or sleep. I appeared healthy and there weren’t any red flags in ultrasounds or blood tests. 


I knew nutrition was a major key in my healing journey. I started chipping away with endless research, building on my previous nutrition coaching experiences, and finally, unapologetically enrolled in the Nutritional Therapy Association to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and left my 15-year corporate marketing career to help others feel their best.

Finally, after much education, research, practice, and experience... I went from feeling completely out of control of my health to a body-loving, holistic nutrition professional and confident home chef with a deep passion and conviction to help other women who are stuck in a frustrating cycle with their own bodies. 

Health journeys aren't linear. It’s a messy path with highs and lows. But it can still be empowering, delicious, transformative...and not another one-size-fits-all shackle that doesn’t work for your body or your life.
